This week Apple integrate location into their Google Maps application on the iPhone and iPod Touch, this is a demo of it working over Wifi with Skyhook Wireless’s technology.

I actually got to check this out yesterday at the Mac shop in Green Hills (Nashville). It was actually my first time to even “touch” the ipod touch and I was very impressed with it. Of course the first thing I pulled up was google maps to see how it looked and noticed that the “Location” option was showing me close to the mall. Still waiting on the IPhone/Ipod with XM Radio integration. This combination would be everything you would need to be totally mobile in my opinion.
