Mapping a city government’s accomplishments

The Washington, DC Mayor’s Office website now features an interactive map highlighting the city administration’s 2005 accomplishments in 14 policy areas. Each of the icons is a hotlink to a short description of the accomplishment. It’s a pretty simple interface, but an  interesting visual representation of what the city government is up to.
