Just in case you let the days slip by on your calendar, early registration for Where 2.0 ends March 23. Early registration will save you $300 on the conference registration fee and you can save even more (15%) by using our coupon code whr08vsp. If you are a student, faculty or work for a non-profit you can save even more by using other codes available on the Where 2.0 page, but no matter how deep the discount, you will still save $$$ if you register by March 23.
Just a quick reminder that the 2008 Where 2.0 Early Bird Registration ends on March 23. The Early Bird discount is $300, plus you can save an extra 15% with our coupon code (whr08vsp). Also check out the great discount for students. While I seem to ramble on about how folks should attend and participate in conferences, Where 2.0 is one of those conferences that offer such a different experience than what you get at your typical academic event that you have to make the trip to attend at some point if you are at all interested in the next generation of spatial technologies and the ubiquity they promise. Maybe it is an over the top statement, but I had a blast last time we went and I am psyched to go again this year.
It looks like there is going to be a great program at Where 2.0 2008 with tutorials all day Monday (May 12) followed by two full days of speakers. Each year it seems like the announcement just get better. Luckily the wait is over and registration is open and you can save 15% by using the coupon code whr08vsp. Keep in mind that the conference is changing venues this year to the bay front San Francisco Airport Marriott.
We are once again a media sponsor for the conference so be sure to check the podcast for more details as the become available.
