I believe you stated that medical calls were noted on the WV911 map. They are not, nor are any that would impinge on investigations. “Medical calls will not be included in the log, along with calls that may jeopardize an investigation, she said.”

You probably had a slew of e-mails, but CAD in webCAD is Computer Aided Dispatch- the system that 911 operators use to handle calls
