WVU Geology and Geography Open House

To celebrate the Dept of Geology and Geography‘s move to its new home in Brooks Hall there will be an Open House on Friday, April 25 from 4-7pm. Frank, Sue, and I will be there representing our day jobs and leading tours of some of the department’s facilities (I think I am in the CAVE/FLEX room, Sue showing off her XNA work on a plasma in the lab, and Frank being Frank over in the WV GIS Tech Center). There will be lots to see, lots to do, and I am sure that the always favorite ‘flying WV’ cookies will be available (while they last). I am sure that more info will be available on the dept web page in the near future. The upshot? If you are in or near Morgatown, WV on April 25 swing by and we will show you all of the toys we play with when we aren’t putting together VerySpatial.
