We hope you enjoy our annual Special Episode with Rick Lawson of ESRI, and that many of you have participated in events of your own. Our own Geography Dept got into the spirit by hosting a local high school group, and the students really enjoyed the chance to learn more about GIS. While we’re at the Social Science History Association Conference here in Chicago, we’ll be attending sessions and presenting on how GIS and geospatial technologies can applied in historical research.
