Updated mp3 encoder

For episode 82 I have updated the MP3 encoder we use in order to fix some incompatabilities on portable devices. If anyone has any problems with episode 82 (or later) please email us and let us know what episode and what device are having problems. This, of course, doesn’t impact those of you who listen to the AAC version.
