I am guessing that it has to do with traffic cams…if you can read it be sure to comment and let us know.
Without getting out my Japanese dictionaries, it’s kind of a site for tourists. It’s got information on ski resorts/hot springs, weather, and events, in addition to the real-time road webcams (useful due to the snow). The “iShowYou” name is actually a combination of “i” for internet, and the beginning sounds of the two largest towns in the area, “Shio”zawa and “Yu”zawa.
