I’ve added some basic support for FireFox 1.5, although there are a few glitches here and there (i.e., responding to window resizes is foobar and you lose some direct map manipulation with the mouse) … but the visuals are working.

You need FireFox 1.5 because that is the first version to support the “Canvas” tag, which is was the easiest way to approximate VML in both FireFox and Safari.
